was just walking down the street,
not driving under the influence or running anyone over
or anything, when this weird photographer starts harassing her.
Entertainment Tonight has the video here
. It goes downhill when Bynes engages with the paparazzo (never engage! Do you see Angelina engage?) asking him to delete an unflattering shot and saying “I need to look beautiful.”
