MTV VMAs best dressed: Rihanna and Miley Cyrus

The two girls with the shortest hair definitely wowed the most at the MTV Video Music Awards this year! Rihanna wore an angelic white custom Adam Selman dress with Neil Lane earrings and a bright red pout, while Miley Cyrus stole the show in a black Emilio Pucci gown with sheer panels. Don’t you just love her hair!?
