Justin Bieber's new book comes out in September

Justin Bieber is going to release a second book in September, Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started. It will tell the story of his latest concert tour and the making of his movie.

In terms of Bieber’s next album, it will start to transition him into the adult market of pop music.
