And how's Taylor's love life going? Well, she was spotted on Thanksgiving in Brooklyn cozying up to her latest flame, Jake Gyllenhaal. The new star couple stopped by Park Slope's Gorilla Coffee for festive maple lattes. Sounds like a budding romance to me.

The Biebs is so devoted to his thousands of fans that he stayed even longer than expected so that he could sign 1,000 extra copies of Justin Bieber First Steps 2 Forever: My Story. What a sweetheart!

I think we can call it a bona fide trend. Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Whitney Port all traded in their various degrees of curly hair for some much straighter strands recently.

Taylor Swift got the most attention when she wore her curly hair straight to the American Music Awards, with the addition of some new bangs that got bloggers buzzing. I loved this look on Swift, and she keep her hair full of body and a little volume - not pin straight.

Katy Perry on the other hand is looking decidedly goth with straighter than straight hair parted in the middle. Just as Swift made the cut to fringe, Perry seems to be growing out her own bangs.

The least successful beauty transformation, in my opinion, was Whitney Port. I adore her perfect natural waves so I don't know why she straighten them into this super long-haired look. I guess everyone wants to do something different once in a while, but I hope Port goes back to her natural look.

Rachel Bilson's penchant for sharp blazers is well documented, but lately the trend setter has been pulling together a few more pieces for a fall/winter uniform that's easy to emulate. In September Bilson paired her favorite Paige Denim jeans with her signature blazer, an Ann Taylor scarf, high-heel booties and Ray-Bans. In October she changed it up slightly with a Chanel bag and animal print scarft. I've collected some pieces to help you put together a similar outfit after the jump.
