We may have been a little harsh on Kelly Osbourne a couple weeks ago, but maybe her new style focus is to be a risk taker? It seems so considering she is now sporting tinted locks. A shade of washed out lilac, to be exact. This seasonal spring trend was certainly noted by all but it's one that doesn't exactly manifest into the everyday girl's world very well. While you could rock any color of the rainbow in your locks at school, a boss or anyone professional in your life may not be as thrilled.
