As for Selena, she did a glittery frock best (way better than Kelly Clarkson!) in a sort of '20s-look disco-ball silver sequined dress. This look is a little safe, but it's just so cute on her all is forgiven. These are some great inspiration for school dances or holiday parties coming up! As for hottest performer, fashion wise I think Carrie Underwood took it. Her gold lame red carpet dress by Theia was nice, but her boudoir look for "Cowboy Casanova" was beautiful and fitted to per-fec-tion. Gold is obviously a great color choice for her in both cases. I wish there was a close up of her makeup at the performance available, I loved the crystals on her upper lash line and her bigger than big lashes.
As for worst dressed, I hate to go there, but I thought Rihanna looked awful. I don't think the black and white laser cut-out Marchesa gown was a good color palette on her skin tone. Especially when combined with her hair and nude makeup which just made her look washed out. Her body looks impeccable, but it's just not a pretty dress or flattering silhouette. (I didn't think much more of her white bondage outfit for her performance, either.)[Source]
