When is there a better time to experiment with fun and crazy make up looks than Halloween? We came up with four cool Halloween beauty ideas. Here are the first two - check back Thursday for the rest!
1. Lady Gaga
If you want to dress up as this daring fashionista, a wig similar to her signature blonde, pin-straight look with bangs is a must-have.
After the hair, your eyes will be the focal point of your costume. Sweep a shimmering eye shadow, like Smashbox Single Eye Shadow Platinum

2. Harajuku Girl
Gwen Stefani’s Harajuku Girls are another example of pop culture icons that translate into cute Halloween costumes. The crazy outfit and accessories will be up to you, but here’s a fun idea for your make up.
This look will be best with darker hair , so if your hair is lighter try a temporary dye or a wig. Slick your hair back into a bun and accessorize with funky headbands or a hat.
