While we're used to seeing them in a different outfit for every red carpet event, bien sur, celebrties talk over and over again about having a "uniform" each season. A set of key pieces - like skinny jeans, slouchy boots, and a cool top - that they wear on those days they're not in front of the paparazzo (if they can steal such days!) Vanessa Hudgeons' stylist Deborah Waknin says Hudgeons definitely has a uniform.
It's a great philosophy to adopt for school. Choose a couple days a week to wear something special (I'd always shoot to wear a skirt or dress at least once a week) and then have a "uniform" for the rest of the time.
How to start building your uniform? Start with a signature piece. Vanessa's is this Mike and Chris leather bomber.
"She's so meticulous, even when she's just out and about living her life. She'll pull her look together with a great bomber or a loose cardi," said Waknin.
