The Black Eyed Peas performance on the Today show was an eyeful of more than just the reunited Peas. Fergie didn't disappoint with a showstopping getup.
A pleat-detail blouse was accented with a bondage-inspired vest and one studded, elbow-length, lace up fingerless glove. And oh yeah, Dr. Seuss-like fingertips!
To tone this look down, I neat thing to try would be a black and white striped manicure. Simply paint fingertips black and then use a French manicure brush to add the white strips and voila. Stylish and a bit less shocking.
