Who wore it best? Katy Perry and Nicky Hilton both wore a silk peacock print dress from the Matthew Williamson for H&M line. Both added a colorful clutch and patent pumps to their ensemble. And both chose to go a bit heavier on their makeup to play off all the vibrant colors in the dress.
