According to InStyle, Whitney Port is wearing a Yigal Azrouel skirt and a James Perse tank, but we remember that Prada bag from last season of The Hills. We love that Whitney carries a bag that is a few seasons old. It's so refreshing to see that when most stars carry a new bag every week.
