The Best and Worst Dressed at the Costume Institute Gala

CostumeGalaTeen.jpgWe expected to like and did like: Camilla Belle.

We liked: Hilary Duff, but she played it a bit safe.

We did not like: Rachel Bilson, who wore Calvin Klein, and looked too covered up. We might have felt differently had she worn her hair in a tight bun, but her bangs looked like they could have used a trim too. And Kate Bosworth (in Chanel) looked like she was going to dinner...not a gala.
