She sure gets dressed up a lot!Leighton Meester wore this flowy Missoni mini that reminded us in a weird way of a dress Cate Blanchett wore many months ago. And now we know why. It's the same dress! Only Cate's is much longer and bright turquoise. We like Leighton's better, but we're still not crazy about it.
