Juicy Sues Victoria's Secret!

Apparently only Juicy Couture has the rights to print a logo on the rear of a pair of pants, which is why they recently filed suit against Victoria's Secret and their PINK line. This is ridiculous. But by the same logic, shouldn't they sue Ed Hardy too for his jeans?
