Heidi Montag is wearing the same exact blue, green and teal shoes she wore last week. We're not sure someone shouldn't wear a pair of shoes more than once....that would be pretty wasteful (not to mention pointless since you'd never really get a pair broken in), all we're saying is that when the shoes are something as flashy as Balenciaga tie-dyed gladiator sandals, you take notice.Especially when shoe queen, Sarah Jessica Parker wears the same pair.
