Blair’s raven locks are always that perfect amount of curly without being over the top, creating a chic boudoir-inspired look that screams sexiness yet never push her look over the top. This look is surprisingly simple to create! Then all you need is a wide-barrel curling iron, so that your curls will be bigger instead of tight and Shirley Temple-esque.
