We feel bad for Whitney though. Not only is she so much taller than the other girls that she had to do an awkward squatting thing, but then the mag put all the other stories for that issue right on top of her!

People Magazine is reporting that Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff (his former Dancing With the Stars partner) have parted ways....romantically. And Us Magazine is acknowledging the rumor, but has an exclusive with Karina saying that they are very much still together.

It's somewhat rare that these two magazines split on something that seems easy enough to figure out. So we wonder, what's the deal?

Did you watch The Hills last night? Looks like puppy Chloe will finally make her debut in next week's episode. However, Chloe might not be Lauren Conrad's dog! It was hinted at that she might be Lauren and Lo's dog (leaving Audrina with no puppy love).

We figured the arrival of Chloe would be one of those things not shown on the show....kind of like Lauren's whole fashion line project. But we're excited to see it for two reasons. One, we hear they rescue her from a shelter and two, because hopefully we'll find out what prompted the name Chloe. Our bet is that it's Lauren's favorite designer.

As much as we hate to admit it, Britney Spears is fascinating to most Americans these days. And CBS is capitalizing on that for May sweeps week. Yup, it's been reported on CNN so you know it's true....Spears is coming back to How I Met Your Mother. In the episode Spears and Neil Patrick Harris will have a lot of scenes together. Stay tuned.

Q.  I would like to know what kind of casual sandals would look good with a teal blue sundress and downplay my large calves and thick ankles. I usually wear a 3-inch heel, so it would be super if you can find some cute sandals with similar heels. Thanks!

A.  With numerous sandal styles to choose from this season, knowing what works (and doesn't work) for your body type will save you a lot of time searching through the shoe racks. Since you have thick calves and ankles, avoid sandals with ankle straps and wedges that tie around your ankle; the straps cut off the length of the legs, and as a result, calves and ankles look wider and thicker. Instead, look for slingback or thong sandals and wedges that don't have ankle straps or ties. The absence of straps near the ankles will elongate your legs and calves. For color options, go with nudes, metallics, or lightly-colored shoes with touches of teal to go with your sundress.

In the last 24 hours, Miley Cyrus and the Vanity Fair article has hit major scandal proportions. Who knew? And to make matters worse, in addition to her semi-racy photos for the mag, in the actual article she says that her favorite show is Sex and the City. Probably not the best favorite TV show for a 15-year-old with millions of adoring fans under ten....

We're just wondering, what are her intentions? Is she trying to act more mature on purpose? Is she just being completely honest and revealing? Does she have a publicist?
