LindsayLohanLeggings.jpgOh no, just after we commented on how Lindsay Lohan needed fashion help because she's still hanging on to her black leggings.....she announces to Life & Style weekly that she has plans to create her own line of them.

"It will be a while before it comes out, but I'm going to do it. Some of them will have prints and some will have patterns. I love leggings."
